Meeting rooms & event spaces
For all your events, training sessions, press conferences, product presentations, board meetings or breakfast seminars, you can use our fully equipped rooms for 10 to 250 people.
Esplanade Room
Various arrangements are possible, e.g. school style for max 70 people, or theatre style for max 120 people.
The meeting room has a variety of services and facilities: whiteboard and flipchart, beamer, screen, microphone with headset, Wifi, cooling/heating and daylight/darkening.
Translation booths and other services are available upon request.
Atomium Room
For your meetings with maximum 12 persons, you can use our room ‘Atomium’, also situated on the ground floor.
This meeting room is equipped with Wifi and LED-tv for projection.
In-house catering
Naturally, you can offer a drink or something to eat to your guests. NAPO Brussels is happy to provide catering for your event. Snacks, a light lunch, or a full dinner − the choice is yours!
